I read your journal loads, I've just never noticed you talk about it :p
To be fair, my current love of Lee Ingleby probably made me like Mr Punch/Cameron a little bit more, although I do remember quite liking him (you know, sort of) in episode 1. I kind of thought he might end up in the car, just because they kept cutting back to it and suggesting he'd be in the flat so much. But it was scary. And there were plenty of parts in episode 2 today that freaked me out a bit. As for the twins, like I say I haven't seen the second episode yet, but they are quite a contrast to the previous episodes. Which might be the point. Scary in their own dead-eyed way though. I'll have to watch the rest before I can offer a proper opinion on them though.
